Wildlife: Red Bank Creek is a natural haven for wildlife such as Deer, Wild Hog, Turkey, Pheasant, Quail and Dove. Red Bank Creek typically flows from late October through June.

Topography: Flat to undulating. Red Bank Creek, a seasonal creek runs east to west through the northern portion of the property. Water: Irrigation water is provided by an AG well with a 25 Hp electric turbine pump near the center of the farmland and water is delivered to the crops using aluminum mainline and sprinkler pipe. All aluminum irrigation equipment presently on the property is included in the sale. Potable water is provided using a 6” steel cased well with electric submersible pump located north of the farmhouse.
Improvements: The farmstead area is located in the SW corner of the property. There is a two story farmhouse (4 bedrooms, 2 baths), approx. 2,000 sq. ft. built around 1929. Near the farmhouse is a 30’ x 50’x 18’ pole barn with metal roof and siding in good condition. On the south side of Red Bank Road, is a 48’ x 46’ livestock / hay barn with metal roof in fair condition. The property is perimeter and cross fenced for cattle.
